We are deeply saddened to learn that Virginia Reynolds, longtime WGSS librarian at Ohio State, passed away this year.
Dedicating over 37 years to her work at Ohio State, Virginia provided research assistance to WGSS faculty as librarian. She graduated from Bethany College, was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority, worked in several library areas and trained multiple librarians at OSU Libraries. After her retirement in 2006, the Virginia Reynolds Book Award was created in her honor, recognizing students who shared her commitment and impactful service. Faculty fondly remember her as an incredible colleague who passionately provided for the women’s studies community.
