Nicole recently completed her Ph.D. in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with a Graduate Interdisciplinary Specialization in Folklore from The Ohio State University. She has extensive experience in equity and inclusion initiatives, as well as developing and facilitating learning and development opportunities for faculty, staff and students on campus.  Nicole has spent the last ten years of her career at Ohio State, first at the Student Life Multicultural Center and then The Office of Human Resources.  Prior to that, Nicole served as Assistant Director at the University of Alabama Capstone International Services office.  Nicole has already been hard at work and her passion, drive, and collaborative personality make her a wonderful addition to our team.
