WGSS second year MA student Madeleine McClung recently authored an op-ed featured in the Columbus Dispatch. McClung's piece, "''Fake healthcare centers' using taxpayer money to spread lies about abortion," delves into the Ohio legislature's continued funding of anti-choice crisis pregnancy centers using taxpayer money and the misinformation tactics such centers use to remove agency from pregnant people. The opinion piece dovetails off McClung's graduate research into Indigenous reproductive justice and anti-abortion movements.
