FREE Center announces Graduate Small Grants for Feminist Scholarship
The Center for Feminist Research, Education and Engagement (FREE Center) is pleased to announce Graduate Small Grants for Feminist Scholarship, a new funding opportunity for Ohio State graduate students engaged in feminist research and/or creative practice.
The program awards grants of up to $500 to currently enrolled master’s and doctoral students. Students from all departments across campus are welcome to apply. Funds may be used to conduct research or develop creative projects; travel for research presentations, performances, or exhibitions; provide payment to human subjects; and purchase research/creative practice-related materials and supplies.
Applicants should submit the following items via the Qualtrics application form:
A proposal of 300-350 words that describes the project, its purpose, and its significance/relevance to the field of feminist studies.
A budget and timeline describing how the funds will be used.
The deadline for applications is April 5, and awards will be announced by April 19. Awards must be used by June 30, 2025.
