Elysse provides administrative support to the department's faculty and students along with coordinating our special events and guest speakers and handles all of our marketing and communications. She comes to us from Denison University where she studied Creative Writing and Queer Studies. She has previously held positions at Denison University Library, Western Reserve Historical Society, and volunteered as a hotline advocate with the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. Elysse has a passion for learning about sex education, studying intersections of race, gender, and sexuality as well as martial arts. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, music and drawing.
