Jeff Mann is an author, poet, and teacher from Covington, Virginia. Receiving his degrees in English and forestry from West Virginia University, he specializes in Appalachian poetry, gay fiction, and Appalachian fiction. Mann's publications of fiction, poetry, and essay writing have appeared in multiple works, and he was inducted into the Saints and Sinners Literary Festival Hall of Fame in 2013. Insatiable is his latest novel.
Irene Over is an Appalachian drag queen and sociologst from Huntington, West Virginia and one of the organizers of the first LGBT Pride event in the state of West Virginia. Witty with a hilarious take on Appalachian life, Over will be joining Mann for some input and discussion.
