Riley Snorton for an open-discussion graduate seminar, where participants will have an interactive discussion with our guest about his book, Black on Both Sides, as well as topics such as publishing, interdisciplinary legibility, the job market, and other topics participants are interested in. Students are welcome to bring a copy of Black on Both Sides to the discussion. The graduate seminar will take place on Friday, February 22nd from 10:00am to 11:30am. Please RSVP to Elysse Jones at jones.6187@osu.edu by Tuesday, February 19th. Light refreshments will be provided. This event is co-sponsored by the Student Life Multicultural Center. Dr. Snorton will also be leading a lecture in the afternoon at 2:30pm in 100 Ramseyer Hall, titled "Fleshy Encounters: Black Feminisms and the Mutability of Gender."
